Your responsibilities
We are hiring a Field Application Engineer (F/M/D) based out of Austin, TX to join our US sales team. In this role you will act as technical expert to our customers in their use of the CELUS Design Platform. The position will also play an important role in driving product development from a customer value proposition.
- Collaborate on creating compelling demos of the capabilities of our software
- Work closely and collaboratively with customers to find effective solutions to use cases and understand their requirements
- Provide feedback to the CELUS product team to strengthen the features and value of our product
- Be the technical point of contact to the customer
- Ensuring that the company’s product can deliver on the customer’s requirements and determining the fit of Design Platform solutions
- Contribute to product design, improve product architecture and optimize product performance.
